Florence Shirley, born Florence Isabell Splaine, (June 5, 1892 – May 12, 1967) was an American stage and film actress. She made her stage debut in 1906 at the age of 14 in small part in a Christmas pantomime at the Castle Square Theatre in Boston. She continued to perform periodically in children's roles at that theatre until progressing into adult ingenue roles in 1909. She was a resident player at Castle Square until September 1911 when she left to tour as Pearl Williams in Karl Hoschna's original musical The Wall Street Girl.
