Based on Jules Verne's Around the World in Eighty Days, the eccentric English gentleman Phileas Fogg wagers that he can circumnavigate the globe in 80 days. Accompanied by his resourceful valet Passepartout, Fogg races through exotic locales from Suez to Bombay to Hong Kong, pursued by a detective who suspects him of bank robbery, encountering spectacular adventures at every stop.
