Shows · The King and I (2015 Revival)

In 1860s Siam, British schoolteacher Anna Leonowens arrives at the Royal Palace to tutor the King's many children. She and the proud, curious King clash over Western and Eastern values, but gradually develop a deep mutual respect and unspoken love. Their cultural battle plays out against the tragic story of the King's newest wife, Tuptim, who is in love with another man.
